On July 29, Van Hung Commune People's Committee organized land recovery enforcement for 1 case that had not complied with handing over the site to implement the Project of Investment, Construction and Business of Infrastructure of Doc Da Trang Industrial Park.
The coercion was implemented according to the plan and decision approved by the Van Hung Commune People's Committee earlier.
After completing the coercion, Van Hung commune has completed 100% of site clearance work within the scope of the local authority in charge.
After ensuring the progress of site clearance, the Van Hung Da commune government organized the signing of a land handover record to the investor and the project construction contractor.
It is known that the Project to Invest in Construction and Business of Infrastructure of Doc Da Trang Industrial Park has a total area to be recovered and cleared of about 288ha, of which Van Hung commune accounts for about 239ha.
Completing the handover of the entire site before July 31st helps Van Hung commune complete on schedule according to the plan of the 90-day peak site clearance campaign launched by the province.
This is also a condition for the investor to soon implement the items of the project, contributing to the development of industrial park infrastructure and attracting investment in the area.
The Doc Da Trang Industrial Park project was approved for investment policy decision by the Prime Minister in 2024.
The project has an area of about 288 hectares in Van Hung commune (Van Ninh district) and Ninh Tho commune (Ninh Hoa town); total investment capital of more than 1,807 billion VND; operating term of 50 years. The project's investor is Viglacera Yen My Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company.
