On July 26, according to PV's investigation, Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company had information about the auctions.
First, there is an announcement about the auction of 40 land plots in Tien Phong village, Chi Tien commune, Phu Tho province.
The total area of 40 land plots is 4,031 m2, with a total starting price of more than 48.372 billion VND. Land plots with areas from about 100 m2 to more than 115 m2, the unified starting price is 13 million VND/m2, price step 500,000 VND/m2.
The total deposit to participate in the auction is 11.15 billion VND, while the fee for buying the dossier is regulated at 200,000 VND/dossier.
According to the organizing unit, the auction is conducted publicly according to the provisions of law to select the winner of the land use right auction, contributing to the effective exploitation of the land fund and increasing revenue for the local budget.
The auction notice also fully announces the list of land plots, and integrates QR codes for people to look up the location of the land plot and the auction venue.
Meanwhile, for 21 land plots in Thanh Ha area, Chi Tien commune - another land plot with the above-mentioned 40 land plots - Phu Tho Joint Venture Auction Company has issued a notice adjusting some contents at the request of Chi Tien Commune People's Committee.
This auction has a total area of 2,171 m2, with a starting price from 11 million VND/m2 to 13 million VND/m2, depending on the location. The auction form is indirect voting according to the up bidding method.
According to the adjusted content, the three land plots LK01-21, LK01-22 and LK01-28 have been updated in area.
Lot LK01-21 was adjusted from 100 m2 to 135.5 m2, the deposit increased from 300 million VND to 400 million VND; lot LK01-22 was adjusted from 135.5 m2 to 100 m2, the deposit decreased from 400 million VND to 300 million VND; while lot LK01-28 was adjusted from 100 m2 to 135.5 m2, the deposit increased from 300 million VND to 400 million VND.
Along with the adjustment of area, the auction organization time was also changed.
Accordingly, the asset viewing time takes place from July 20 to 22; the time for selling and receiving applications for auction participation, as well as receiving deposits, is extended to 5 pm on August 3.
Notably, the price announcement time was postponed from 8 am on July 31 to 7:30 am on August 6, the location is still at the Chi Tien Commune Party Committee Hall.
In addition to the above adjustment contents, other regulations of the auction are still maintained according to the announced notice and regulations.
