Implementing Notice No. 427/TB-UBND dated May 27, 2026 of Hoai Duc Commune People's Committee, on June 2, the Enforcement Committee implementing the mandatory inventory decision of Hoai Duc commune organized forces to launch a campaign to enforce inventory for households and individuals with land and assets on land within the scope of site clearance (GPMB).
The enforcement session aims to serve two key projects in the area: the Di Trach Secondary School construction project and the X5 service land area.
According to Hoai Duc Commune People's Committee, the Di Trach Secondary School project is a key project to complete education infrastructure and meet the learning needs of local children.
However, because some households did not agree to coordinate measurements, the Enforcement Committee proceeded to implement the mandatory decision in accordance with legal procedures for 8 cases.
The entire area is accurately determined according to the Map serving the project's compensation, support, and resettlement work.

In the land clearance item of service land area X5, the Enforcement Board has approved the Enforcement Decision and implemented similar measures for the household of Mr. Ly Tien At (deceased), represented by Mr. Ly Ngoc Quyen (permanently residing in Vuc village), the land user of land plot No. 46-1 with an expected recovered area of 98 m2.
According to Hoai Duc Commune People's Committee, the implementation of forced inventory is a necessary administrative measure after the local government has fully implemented the steps of propaganda, mobilization, and persuasion, but households intentionally do not cooperate.
With the consensus and determination of the political system of Hoai Duc commune, it is expected that the clean site will be handed over to the construction unit soon, bringing the Di Trach Secondary School project and service land area X5 to the finish line on schedule, directly serving people's lives.
