Dan Hoa Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) has just issued a notice on being vigilant about fraudulent acts related to procedures for issuing Land Use Right Certificates (red books).
According to Dan Hoa commune, recently, in the commune, some subjects have appeared taking advantage of people's needs for land use right certificates to carry out fraudulent acts such as: making phone calls impersonating state officials and civil servants of the Economic Department to guide and advise on solving some administrative procedures related to land such as: changing land use purposes, issuing land use right certificates, receiving "services" to quickly issue land use right certificates, promising "package care".
The subjects require people to pay money in advance, provide personal information, documents causing property damage and potential risk of information insecurity.
To proactively prevent and stop fraudulent acts, Dan Hoa Commune People's Committee requests agencies, units and all people to raise their vigilance and implement the following contents:
Only carry out administrative procedures related to land at Dan Hoa Digital Public Service Support Point (address: No. 99, Central Road, Tao Duong village, Dan Hoa commune) in accordance with the law; or according to a working invitation from a competent state agency.
Absolutely do not hand over money, personal papers, do not transfer money through accounts to any individuals who claim to be state officials or "have relationships" in resolving administrative procedures.

In case suspicious signs or signs of fraud are detected, promptly notify the People's Committee of Dan Hoa commune, Dan Hoa Commune Police for consideration and settlement according to regulations.
