Accordingly, considering the proposal of the Department of Construction in the official dispatch dated October 17, 2025 on reporting the results of the inspection of the implementation of the project of Investment in construction of apartment buildings for low-income people, residential area No. 1 of Bac Giang city of Quang Minh Group Joint Stock Company.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has the following opinion:
Request Quang Minh Group Joint Stock Company to dismantle 2 temporary works located in the premises of the 18-storey building to ensure compliance with the overall planning of the project and urban order and aesthetics.
Urgently organize the first apartment building conference to establish the Board of Directors of the 18-storey building according to regulations.
The People's Committee of Bac Giang Ward inspected and urged Quang Minh Group Joint Stock Company to implement the above content; at the same time, organize an inspection of construction order for the Company's construction works on the land with symbol 2-DV-3 under the Sub- Zoning Plan No. 1 of Bac Giang urban area.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to clearly identify the location, boundaries, area of traffic land and yard land, green premises in the plots of land for apartment building construction to hand over to land users, as a basis for management.
The Department of Construction urged the People's Committee of Bac Giang Ward and the project investor to dismantle 2 temporary works located in the premises of the 18-storey building. The results will be reported to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee before December 25, 2025.
Quang Minh low-income apartment complex (Bac Giang ward) is a social housing project with a total capital of more than 226 billion VND, started in 2010.
The project includes 5 blocks of 5 floors, 1 block of 18 floors and 2 blocks of 15 floors, with a scale of about 600 apartments.
