The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just sent an official dispatch to the Departments: Construction, Industry and Trade; Management Board of Bac Ninh Industrial Parks; Viet Uc Steel Joint Stock Company.
Accordingly, considering the proposal of Viet Uc Steel Joint Stock Company in the document dated November 8, 2025 on the proposal to adjust the planning, merge Noi Hoang Industrial Cluster (61.4ha) into Song Khe - Noi Hoang Industrial Park (159.6ha).
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments and branches: Consider the content of the proposal of Viet Uc Steel Joint Stock Company in the Document dated November 8, 2025 to ensure compliance with regulations; Advising on proposals, reporting to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision.
Song Khe - Noi Hoang Industrial Park (Tien Phong Ward, Bac Ninh Province), the investor is Bac Giang Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company.
According to the investor's report, this industrial park currently has an occupancy rate of 100%.
According to Resolution No. 147, dated July 15, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee on Industrial Development of Bac Giang province (old), now Bac Ninh province, in the period of 2021-2030, the province will merge 6 industrial clusters into industrial parks.
Including industrial clusters: Tan Hung, Tang Tien, Noi Hoang, Cau Go, Trai Ba, Duc Thang.
The merger of industrial clusters into industrial parks creates favorable conditions for state management and attracts secondary enterprises to invest. Currently, the state management of industrial clusters belongs to the Department of Industry and Trade, while industrial parks are managed by the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board.
In addition, compared to industrial clusters, enterprises investing in industrial parks will enjoy more preferential policies on land rent and taxes.
After the merger, Bac Ninh has 33 industrial parks with a total area of over 10,100 hectares, with an occupancy rate of about 56%.
In the first 9 months of the year, Bac Ninh province has attracted over 15 billion USD in converted investment capital. Of which, 162 new domestic investment projects and 262 FDI projects were granted. In terms of FDI attraction alone, Bac Ninh is currently leading the country.
