The Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department - Chuong My Ward People's Committee has just issued a document requesting to stop construction activities for Ms. D. T. D in Cho Cong area, Ca residential group, Chuong My ward, Hanoi.
Accordingly, the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Chuong My ward made a record of inspection of the current status of the project at Ms. D's land plot. The current status shows that Ms. D is constructing a girder foundation structure with reinforced concrete.
At the same time, building a retaining wall with 220mm thick red tiles, 1.3m high, with a construction area of 66.75m2 in Cho Cong area, Ca residential group.
The Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Chuong My ward requested Ms. D to immediately stop all construction activities according to the content in the minutes of the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Chuong My ward. The reason is that Ms. D has not provided legal documents for the land plot under construction.
During the time of coordinating to provide legal documents on land to verify the origin of the land plot, if Ms. D intentionally continues to build, the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Chuong My ward will organize forces to demolish the project according to regulations. Ms. D must be fully responsible for any damage arising.
Previously, on March 10, the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Chuong My ward made a record of inspection of the current status of the project at Mr. H.S. K's land plot in Dia Khay area, Cau residential group, Chuong My ward.
Currently, Mr. K is constructing a house with a reinforced concrete column frame structure, red-lined brick walls, construction area of 80.1m2 in Dia Khay area, Cau residential group, Chuong My ward.
The Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Chuong My ward has organized a working session with Mr. K to verify the origin and legal documents on land.
At the meeting, Mr. Khue could not provide legal documents as prescribed.
Functional agencies have made a record requesting Mr. K to stop all construction activities to serve the verification. However, to date, Mr. K has not carried out the suspension of construction as requested.
The Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Chuong My ward requested Mr. K to immediately stop all construction activities.
If Mr. K still intentionally continues to build, the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Chuong My ward will organize forces to demolish the project according to regulations.
