Huong Son Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) has issued a notice on the dismantling and relocation of assets and crops on public land managed by the Commune People's Committee to serve site clearance for component project 1. 2: Compensation, support, and resettlement for site clearance in My Duc district under the project to invest in the construction of My Dinh - Ba Sao - Bai Dinh road (the section connecting from the southern main road to Huong Son - Tam Chuc road), My Duc district, Ung Hoa district (now Huong Son commune, Hanoi City).
Huong Son Commune People's Committee said that through actual inspection of the site status to construct the My Dinh - Ba Sao - Bai Dinh road construction investment project (the section connecting from the southern main road to Huong Son - Tam Chuc road), Huong Son Commune People's Committee found that currently some households and individuals have trees, crops and assets on the public land area managed by Huong Son Commune People's Committee in Duc Khe village within the project site clearance area.
Huong Son Commune People's Committee requests households and individuals to voluntarily dismantle and relocate assets, and self-harvest trees and crops on public land managed by Huong Son Commune People's Committee in Duc Khe village out of the land acquisition area to implement the project, to have a clean ground for project construction, completion time before June 12, 2026.
After the above deadline, if households and individuals do not comply, the Commune People's Committee will organize clearance in accordance with regulations.
Huong Son Commune People's Committee requested the Secretary, Village Head, and Head of the Fatherland Front Committee of Duc Khe village to deploy this notice to each household and directly mobilize and explain to the people to know.
The Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of the commune directs and urges construction contractors to develop specific construction plans and options for each location, each section and closely coordinate with Duc Khe village to promptly clear and have site for project construction.
On May 17, 2025, the Hanoi People's Committee started the investment project to build the My Dinh - Ba Sao - Bai Dinh road (the section connecting from the southern main road to the Huong Son - Tam Chuc road), My Duc district, Ung Hoa district (now Huong Son commune).
The starting point of the project is at Km35+870 intersecting with the Southern main road; the ending point is at Km49+095 intersecting with the Huong Son - Tam Chuc road. The road is built according to level III delta technical standards, with a maximum design speed of 80km/h.
The route is about 12.5km long (excluding the section overlapping with provincial road 419 to provincial road 425, old My Duc district), 21m wide. Within the project scope, 4 main intersections are built (including the intersection with the southern main road (route start); intersection with National Highway 21B; intersection with Huong Son inter-communal road; intersection with Huong Son - Tam Chuc road) and the overpass over the Day and Chau Giang rivers (Ngoai Do canal)...
The total estimated investment is 2,080 billion VND, excluding site clearance costs, project implementation time in 2023 - 2027.
