Hoa Phu Commune People's Committee, Hanoi has just issued a notice on the collection, relocation, and property of trees and crops on public land managed by the Commune People's Committee, to implement the Day dike road to Cau Mu project.
The notice clearly states: Based on the map serving compensation and resettlement support, scale 1/500 signed and certified by Hoa Phu Commune People's Committee on December 10, 2025 to implement the Project: Road from Day dike to Cau Mu, according to the inventory record, households with assets, trees and crops on land plots No. 24, 25 map sheet No. 02, site clearance map of the project have signed and agreed to construct and implement the project.
At the inventory of architectural property of households, they agreed to allow project construction; compensation and support for architectural property and crops on traffic corridor land (public land managed by the Commune People's Committee) according to current regulations is not compensated or supported.
Therefore, the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Hoa Phu commune requests households and individuals with assets and architectural structures at land plots No. 24, 25, map sheet No. 02 to collect assets, architectural structures, and crops to have construction site, specifically as follows:
Route direction from Day dike to Cau Mu: Right side of the road: from the drainage ditch of the Agricultural Cooperative to the end of Mr. L.C.H.'s land plot.
On the left side of the line: from Mr. L.C.H's land plot to Ms. L.T. T.'s land plot.
Collection time until March 15, 2026.
The Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Hoa Phu commune requests Mo Xa village to send this notice to households with assets within the above-mentioned scope.
After the deadline, the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of the commune will organize construction and is not responsible for assets within the project implementation scope.
