On February 5th, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee - the Standing Agency of the Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption, Wastefulness, and Negative Phenomena of Lam Dong province (Steering Committee) - announced the end of monitoring and directing the handling of two cases related to slow-progress projects and the management and use of 110 land plots, villa funds, and ancient villas in Lam Dong province (old).
Accordingly, implementing the direction of the Steering Committee, the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee has directed the Provincial People's Committee to direct departments and branches to organize inspections and reviews of 203 slow-progress projects in Lam Dong province (old).

Through inspection, most of the projects have implemented investment procedures, construction and put into production and business operations, basically ensuring the main objectives.
From the results of reviewing and evaluating investor capacity, analyzing objective and subjective causes, the Provincial People's Committee has developed specific handling plans for each project, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and removing difficulties for investors.
The handling contributes to harmonizing the interests between the State and investors, preventing complicated complaints from arising, and avoiding losses and waste.
The Provincial Steering Committee agreed to end monitoring and directing the review of the above-mentioned 203 projects and works; and at the same time assigned the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee to continue to lead the Provincial People's Committee to direct relevant agencies to monitor and manage according to their authority, ensuring no losses occur.
Regarding the management and use of 110 land and housing facilities and villa funds, the Provincial People's Committee has developed a handling plan suitable to the actual situation and related regulations.
The Provincial Steering Committee also agreed to end the monitoring and direction of 95/110 real estate facilities and villa funds in Da Lat City (old); assigning the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee to lead the Provincial People's Committee to direct units to continue monitoring and managing according to their authority.
Along with that, the province urgently develops a plan to manage, auction, and lease eligible land and housing facilities to increase budget revenue, avoid degradation and waste of state assets.
In particular, the Internal Affairs Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee continued to put the area of 13 ancient villas for Cadasa Company to lease on Tran Hung Dao street, Xuan Huong ward - Da Lat; Dinh I villa, Xuan Huong ward - Da Lat; and villa No. 78C Trang Trinh street, Lam Vien ward - Da Lat into the area of monitoring and directing handling according to regulations.
