George passed the ball to Dewsbury-Hall to speed up past a few defenders, before firing a powerful shot past goalkeeper Jacob Rinne. That goal extinguished all of Djurgarden's distant hopes for a comeback.
Dewsbury-Hall had a chance to double the gap when he headed from Malo gust's pass, but the ball went out. The away team also created very few chances, except for Daniel Stensson's long-range shot being blocked by Filip Jorgensen.
With a minimal victory, Chelsea won a ticket to the UEFA Conference League final after defeating the Swedish team with a total score of 5-1. The Blues face Real Betis at Wroclaw on 29 May.
