According to British media, Sir Jim Ratcliffe will quickly take action as soon as he completes his share purchase at Manchester United.
The British billionaire is about to buy a 25% stake in the club and take control of football activities, and will commit to investing 245 million pounds to improve infrastructure.
Therefore, he is said to have planned to renovate the club's player selection and transfer network.
However, these roles are currently taken over by CEO Richard Arnold, director of football John Murtough and CEO of football David Harrison - who was appointed earlier this year.
The Sun reported that all three of these figures may lose their jobs after Ratcliffe takes over. There were also opinions that Arnold would leave in the event that the 71-year-old would return to Old Trafford.
The Sun also reported that the purchase of the 25% stake will be completed as early as Monday.
In recent years, the "Red Devils" have made many large-scale transfers in the transfer market, but not all contracts have brought the desired results.
The most prominent of such deals is Paul Pogba, who was bought for £89 million, but has never recreated what he showed at Juventus before returning to Man United.
The 2018 World Cup winner finally left a club that Man United did not receive back when he returned to the Golden Rooster in 2021, at the end of his gloomy period at Old Trafford.
Man United have also spent £85.5m on Antony, £80m on Harry Maguire, £75m on Romelu Lukaku and another £73m on Jadon Sancho - who is yet to know his future under internal discipline.
However, the big deals have not been exchanged for big titles. Man United have not been able to win the Premier League since Sir Alex Ferguson retired, which is said to worry Ratcliffe.
Man United have lost three of their last four games in all competitions - conceding 10 goals - and are out of the Carabao Cup and are in danger of being knocked out of the Champions League early.
However, Ratcliffe sympathizes with Erik ten Hag, who won the Carabao Cup last season after a period of failure under Davis Moyes, Louis van Gaal, Jose Mourinho Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Ralf Rangnick.
The Dutch coach has been invested with around £374 million for a transfer, with Rasmus Hojlund's acquisition this summer being a notable addition.
The Danish player scored 2 goals on Wednesday but still could not stop Man United from losing shockingly at Copenhagen.
The Red Devils will host Luton Town on Saturday (11.11), needing a good result against the newly promoted team to create the necessary motivation.
