On the afternoon of May 26, after settling down in Hohhot city, Inner Mongolia (China), the U16 Vietnam team entered the first training session, preparing for the opening match of the 2025 CFA Team China U16 International Tournament.
Head coach Cristiano Roland expressed his satisfaction with the quality of the training ground arranged by the organizing committee for the team. This training ground is only about 15 minutes by bus from the hotel, convenient for the players to practice.
The weather in Hohhot is quite ideal, with temperatures ranging from 23 to 28 degrees Celsius, creating favorable conditions for the whole team to get acquainted and adapt.
Before the training session, coach Cristiano Roland disseminated the training plan to the entire team, emphasizing the requirement that each player must promote self-awareness and professionalism in both activities and training.
Although the tournament was a friendly one, the Brazilian coach still emphasized to his students the spirit of seriousness, concentration and making every effort when given the opportunity to wear the national team jersey, striving to achieve the best results in each match.
According to the plan, tomorrow morning (May 27), head coach Cristiano Roland will attend a press conference before the opening match of the CFA Team China U16 international tournament. In the afternoon of the same day, the team will have a practice session to get acquainted with the footall Channel stadium.
At the 2025 CFA Team China U16 International U16 Tournament, the U16 Vietnam team will meet U16 Australia in the opening match on May 28, against U16 China on May 30 and against U16 Saudi Arabia on June 1.
