Foreign player Rogerio Alves will wear the Hanoi Police club shirt to compete in the 2025-2026 season.

Recently, Hanoi Police Club announced a new foreign player for the 2025-2026 season - striker Rogerio Alves.

The Brazilian player is 1m79 tall and has a fast and technical playing style. He has competed in major tournaments in Kazakhstan, the UAE and Ukraine. In addition to combat experience, Rogerio Alves is considered a modern player, capable of creating high breakthroughs in the attack phase.

"In the season when the team will represent Vietnam in two international competitions, the Southeast Asian Cup C1 and the AFC Champions League Two, Rogerio is expected to bring a new breeze to the attack, contributing to improving the quality of expertise and attack power in both domestic and international competitions," the Hanoi Police Club hopes.

Before joining the Police team, Rogerio Alves had a short time playing for Nam Dinh FC. However, he was soon terminated after only 2 matches when he did not meet the professional requirements of the reigning V.League champion.

In addition to Rogerio Alves, Hanoi Police successfully recruited 2 other new players, midfielder Tran Dinh Tien and goalkeeper Vu Tuyen Quang. In the coming time, the Hang Day home team will announce many new contracts to build a strong squad to prepare for the upcoming arenas.

In the 2025-2026 season, Hanoi Police will compete in 5 arenas, including V.League, National Cup, National Super Cup, Southeast Asian Cup C1 and AFC Champions League Two.
