On the afternoon of July 1, Hanoi Police Club held a ceremony to celebrate the impressive 2024-2025 season. The Police team won the National Cup, 3rd place in V.League and won the Southeast Asian Cup C1.
At the ceremony, General Luong Tam Quang - Politburo member, Minister of Public Security, Chairman of the People's Public Security Sports Association - attended and awarded 1 billion VND to the entire team.
Coach Mano Polking and his team also received an additional 1 billion VND from the Hanoi People's Committee and 500 million from the Hanoi City Police.
Looking forward to the new 2025-2026 season, Mr. Polking and the Hanoi Police players also showed great determination when entering the continental playground, the AFC Champions League Two.
With a team of players as diverse as Quang Hai, Viet Anh, Dinh Trong, Nguyen Filip and quality foreign players such as Alan, Hugo Gomes or Leo Artur, the Police team is highly appreciated when entering the international arena.
It is expected that Hanoi Police will continue to increase their force in the coming time to prepare for the busy season. Quang Hai and his teammates will compete in many arenas at the same time, including V.League, National Cup, AFC Champions League Two and possibly Southeast Asian Cup C1 if they are selected to participate.
Under the guidance of coach Polking, Hanoi Police are pursuing a style of ball control and proactive attack. Confidence and clear goals have made the capital representative different from other opponents in the V.League.
