VPL-S13 7-a-side football tournament elevates scale and expertise

On the afternoon of May 12, in Hanoi, the Announcement Ceremony of the main sponsor of the National 7-a-side Football Championship - NetSpace 2026 (VPL-S7) took place.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Ngoc Tuan - General Director of Vietnam Football Joint Stock Company - said: "The National 7-a-side Football Championship (VPL) has entered its 7th consecutive year of organization. In which, the Northern region - HPL has entered its 13th year with a very proud journey. Over time, with the focus on HPL and many regional tournaments, the tournament has become the leading flag of Vietnamese amateur football.

Today, we are very happy to thank NetSpace for becoming the official sponsor of the tournament. This is also the first time the tournament has a sponsor who is a media company. With the vision and potential of both sides, it is promised to develop together, helping the tournament spread more so that VPL in general and HPL in particular attract the attention of the community, contributing to the development of Vietnamese football".

In recent years, VPL with a national scale has turned every weekend into a football festival, becoming a leading flag, a model for many localities to build and promote the movement.

Entering the 7th season, the companionship of the new sponsor is expected to contribute to improving the quality of organization, competition experience as well as the spread of the tournament nationwide.

VPL-S7 is organized in 3 regions including: Northern region (HPL-S13); Southern region (SPL-S8); Central & Central Highlands region (ĐPL-S5). Accordingly, 8 strongest teams representing regions will compete in the National Finals taking place at the end of July in Hanoi.
