On the afternoon of December 12, Mr. Do Quang Vinh - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of T&T Group - decided to reward Thai Nguyen T&T Women's Club with 560 million VND. This is a spiritual gift to give strength to coach Van Thi Thanh and her team before the final match of the 2024 Women's National Cup.
In this year’s tournament, Thai Nguyen T&T had an impressive performance to win a ticket to the final match for the championship cup. Bich Thuy and her teammates successively won against Hanoi II, lost to Vietnam Minerals in the group stage, then defeated Phong Phu Ha Nam in the semi-finals.
In the final, coach Van Thi Thanh's team will meet Vietnam Coal and Minerals again. If they can improve their weaknesses against their opponents, Thai Nguyen T&T will have the opportunity to win the National Cup for the first time as well as a top professional tournament.
Previously, last November, Thai Nguyen T&T club received more than 1.3 billion VND in bonus after winning the bronze medal in the 2024 National Women's Football Championship.
In the next 5 years, with the support of T&T Group, the tea team aims to win the national women's championship and the National Cup, while also winning the right to participate in the Asian Women's C1 Cup and contributing athletes to the Vietnamese women's team.
