In round 1 of V.League 2025-2026, Chung Nguyen Do made his official debut for Ninh Binh FC. The 20-year-old midfielder was sent onto the field by Albadalejo Castano Gerard in the 77th minute of the away match against Hong Linh Ha Tinh.
