Vietnam won the Southeast Asian championship for the third time after defeating Thailand in both finals. Coach Kim Sang-sik and his team won 2-1 in the first leg at Viet Tri Stadium (2.1) and 3-2 in the second leg at Rajamangala Stadium (5.1).
After winning the 2024 ASEAN Cup, in addition to the official bonus from the Southeast Asian Football Federation, the Vietnamese team also received many bonuses from units, businesses, groups and individuals.
Up to now, the bonus for coach Kim Sang-sik and his team is 21.3 billion VND - including 7.6 billion VND bonus from the organizing committee (300,000 USD) and 13.7 billion VND bonus.
Accordingly, after the second leg of the ASEAN Cup final, the Vietnamese team received 2 billion VND from SHB Bank, 3 billion VND from LPBank, 1 billion VND from Hoanh Son Group (Ha Tinh) and 2 billion VND from Hanoi City.
Previously, after the first leg of the final (2.1), sponsor Dong Luc awarded the team 1.2 billion VND, LPBank awarded 2 billion VND. In addition, after the semi-final, sponsor Acecook Vietnam awarded 1 billion VND, Agribank awarded 1 billion VND and personally, Mr. Nguyen Van De awarded 500 million VND.
In the coming days, it is expected that the Vietnamese team will continue to receive other hot bonuses.
