On the afternoon of March 14, U22 Vietnam returned to the training ground after a friendly match with U19 PVF. Acting head coach Dinh Hong Vinh and his colleagues will make many adjustments for his students to perfect the squad and playing style.
On the sidelines of the training session, U22 Vietnam was strengthened by sponsor Herbalife Vietnam. At the meeting, the sponsor's representative talked, presented flowers and took souvenir photos with the players.
Through this activity, players not only receive encouragement and motivation in the preparation for the upcoming matches, but also have more opportunities to inspire the community to live healthier through regular practice combined with a healthy diet.

Striker Nguyen Thanh Nhan said that for each player, nutrition is very important in training and competing. Therefore, in addition to improving their expertise, he and his teammates all pay attention to nutrition to ensure the best physical condition.
Previously, on March 13, U22 Vietnam had a practice match with U19 PVF. Thanh Nhan scored the only goal for the team in the first half, then let the opponent equalize 1-1 after 90 minutes of play.

Coach Dinh Hong Vinh has experimented with personnel, tactics and playing style. Through the match, the coaching staff will have a specific assessment of the abilities of each player as well as the overall expertise of the whole team.
According to the plan, U22 Vietnam will continue to practice at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center until March 16. After that, the whole team will travel to China on March 17 to compete in the 2025 CFA Team friendly tournament.
