In addition, weightlifting is also a sport identified as likely to win 1 gold medal along with some silver and bronze medals. The remaining gold medal has not been specifically announced by Indonesia.
In addition to professional work, Indonesia applies a large bonus policy to encourage athletes. Each individual gold medalist at ASIAD 20 will receive 3 billion rupiah, equivalent to about 4.4 billion VND, 3 times higher than the gold medal at SEA Games 33.
