For rubber units in Gia Lai province, from February to April every year is the shaving season, which is also the time when excellent workers are taken by the company for sightseeing and relaxation to recognize the labor achievements in a year.

In particular, after conducting dialogues with workers at the workplace, company leaders agreed to increase the meal allowance for direct production workers from 15,000 VND/portion to 18,000 VND/portion.
