At the program, representatives of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation presented Tet care funds to union members and workers of the Hai Phong Industry and Trade sector worth more than 2.6 billion VND. From the support of the city and enterprises, the Hai Phong Industry and Trade Union presented 1,250 gifts, 1,150 subsidies, and nearly 1,700 bus tickets to workers living far away to return home for Tet.
The industry union also presented 588 online shopping vouchers from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and 350 direct shopping vouchers at the Hai Phong Trade Union Tet Market 2025 to union members and workers. The total budget for Tet care for union members and workers in 2025 is more than 3 billion VND.
Mr. Nguyen Cong Hoa - Chairman of the Hai Phong Industry and Trade Union said that through today's Tet holiday, the Industry Union requested that grassroots unions actively advise the Party Committees, leaders of units and enterprises to organize activities to take care of Tet for workers in a joyful, practical, effective and safe manner.
