As at Dai Thang Construction and Service Joint Stock Company (Hung Vuong Ward, Hong Bang District, Hai Phong), as of October 31, the company was late in paying compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance in the amount of VND179,218,546 (excluding late payment interest). This company was also late in paying health insurance for 3 employees in the amount of VND789,075 (excluding late payment interest).
As of September 30, 2024, Xanh Xanh Investment, Trading and Production Joint Stock Company (Vinh Niem Ward, Le Chan District) was late in paying compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance in the amount of VND 34,133,650, and late in paying health insurance for 8 employees in the amount of VND 5,683,500...
Recently, social insurance checks and sanctioned Minh An Transport Trading Service Co., Ltd. (An Duong District, Hai Phong) due to the end of November 30, 2024, the enterprise is slow to pay compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance is 38,394,000 VND, slow to pay health insurance for 7 workers with the amount of 6,628,500 VND.
According to the report of Hai Phong City Social Insurance, by the end of November 2024, the total amount of late payment of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance of enterprises in the city was 539 billion VND. Compared to mid-2024, the amount of late social insurance decreased (by July 2024, the city had 3,193 units and enterprises late in paying social insurance, the total amount of late payment that had to be calculated with interest was up to 686 billion VND).
Continue to inspect and strictly handle violations
Hai Phong City Social Insurance Agency determined that the delay in paying social insurance by units has greatly affected the rights of employees. Hai Phong City Social Insurance Agency has continuously issued decisions to impose administrative penalties on violating enterprises. Typically, Dai Thang Construction and Service Joint Stock Company was fined VND 48,389,000 for the act of delaying the payment of compulsory social insurance, unemployment insurance (applicable to violating organizations) and VND 4 million for the act of delaying the payment of health insurance. The total fine for the two acts was VND 52,389,000. For the same two violations, Maxhouse Construction Architecture Joint Stock Company (Chua Hang Street, Ho Nam Ward, Le Chan District) was fined a total of VND 30,237,668. Most recently, on January 3, Hai Phong Social Insurance Agency issued a decision to administratively fine Minh An Transport Trading Service Company Limited VND 4.1 million for delaying the payment of social insurance and health insurance.
On the side of the City Labor Federation, the unit consulted on 582 cases for workers in the city, including many petitions related to the social insurance regime. Typically, the Tien Lang District Labor Federation joined the district's interdisciplinary delegation to resolve petitions of 30 workers of ComTec Company Limited related to wages, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, maternity regime... Up to now, although the enterprise has been dissolved, the workers' social insurance books have been closed and all related regimes have been resolved.
The People's Committee of Hai Phong City also directed to strictly punish units and enterprises that intentionally violate the implementation of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance policies; not to consider and propose rewards at all levels for agencies, units and enterprises that are late in paying social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance, and to consider approving bidding and land lease documents... for these units.
