With the theme "Proactive disease prevention - For healthy Petrovietnam workers", the Program aims to raise awareness and change the behavior of union members and workers towards building a healthy lifestyle, physical training, and proactively preventing diseases, especially occupational diseases.
The program also strengthens the participation of employers in improving working conditions, taking care of shift meals, linking health care with building a labor safety culture, creating a safe, efficient and humane working environment.
The activities of the Day are implemented in a practical direction, suitable to the conditions of each unit, taking workers as the center, grassroots trade unions as the foundation and effectiveness as a measure. The focus is on promoting propaganda and education on digital platforms and trade union communication systems, helping workers easily access information and raise awareness of proactive health care.
Along with that is the organization of conferences, training, sharing knowledge about proactive health care, mental health care, life balance and occupational disease prevention. Sports, cultural - artistic activities, and mid-hour training are encouraged to be implemented to form exercise habits, contributing to improving physical strength and reducing pressure in labor.
According to Petrovietnam Trade Union, the 2026 Workers' Health Day Program is not only a series of movement activities, but also a clear step to concretize the orientation of putting people at the center in Petrovietnam's development strategy. This activity is organized with practical meaning, contributing to concretizing major policies on human development, improving the quality of human resources and ensuring sustainable development.
