According to Petrovietnam Trade Union, one of the important goals of the program "Effectively organizing the emulation movement for innovation and creativity; emulation on key projects and projects" - one of the breakthroughs in the 2025-2030 term - is to create a strong change in awareness: Considering innovation and creativity not as the task of the research department alone but as the responsibility of all officials and employees.
The spirit of "dare to think - dare to do - dare to innovate - dare to create" is identified as the nucleus of the movement. This is not just a slogan but an action requirement, requiring the working environment to be sufficiently open, and the mechanism to be sufficiently flexible to encourage experimentation and risk-taking in creativity.
Unleashing creative potential in each worker not only contributes to improving production efficiency but also creates an innovation culture, a key factor for Petrovietnam to develop sustainably in the long term.
An important highlight of the Program is directly linking the emulation movement with key projects of the Group.
In the context that Petrovietnam is implementing many large projects, organizing emulation according to project progress not only creates a vibrant emulation atmosphere but also contributes to solving bottlenecks in actual implementation.
Petrovietnam Trade Union also said that in order for the emulation movement to truly go deeper, one of the fundamental solutions is to build an innovation ecosystem throughout Petrovietnam. A noteworthy point is the formation of the "Petrovietnam Initiative Data Bank", a digital platform connecting, storing and sharing technical ideas and solutions between units.
In parallel with that is promoting cooperation with research institutes, universities, and science and technology organizations to improve the quality of initiatives, shorten the gap from ideas to practical applications. This ecosystem will help turn individual initiatives into common values, contributing to improving the competitiveness of the entire Group.
