Information at the 5th Congress of the Trade Union of the Petroleum Construction Maintenance and Repair Corporation (PVMR), term 2025-2030, said that in the 2023-2025 period, more than 2,300 workers will be trained and fostered to improve their professional qualifications, skills and sense of discipline, contributing to the formation of a high-quality force of engineers and technicians of PVMR.
The average income of employees has increased steadily over the years; 100% of employees have signed contracts and fully participate in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance regimes along with expanded insurance packages such as PVI Care, high liability insurance. Workers enjoy full benefits such as support for shift meals, vacations, regular health care, sewing uniforms, and taking care of their spiritual life.
The 5th Congress, term 2025-2030, PVMR Trade Union approved the goal of building a strong Trade Union organization, improving the quality of the staff; protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; actively participating in building a clean and strong Party and government; accompanying businesses in sustainable development strategies.
