After more than a month of implementing the peak emulation campaign "120 days of creativity, breakthrough, successfully completing goals and tasks in 2025", the emulation atmosphere has spread strongly throughout the Petrovietnam Trade Union system.
The emulation period was launched to successfully celebrate the 4th Congress of the Party Committee of the Vietnam National Group of Industry and Energy, term 2025 - 2030; 50th anniversary of the founding of Petrovietnam; towards celebrating the 14th National Congress of the Party and the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress; celebrating the 64th anniversary of the Oil and Gas Industry's Traditional Day as well as the 34th anniversary of the founding of the Petrovietnam Trade Union.
This is not only an emulation movement for productivity and creative quality but also a journey to arouse the desire to contribute and innovate from the core, creating motivation to realize the Group's 2025 action theme "Innovation from the core - Developing outstanding models - Integrating into global chains - Enhancing energy knowledge - Breakthrough growth - Creating sustainable green transformation".
Up to this point, Trade Unions at all levels in the system are promoting the sprint emulation movement, associated with the comprehensive completion of production and business targets, ensuring labor safety, technology, and the environment, while encouraging thousands of initiatives, technical improvements, and production rationalization.
Action slogans such as "One initiative per week", "Each team, one solution", "Acceleration - Breakthrough - Going to the finish line early" are becoming a vivid reality at many key projects and works of Petrovietnam.
The emulation period lasts until the end of December 2025, focusing on implementing the peak emulation movement with the spirit of innovation - action - efficiency, creating a strong momentum towards the comprehensive victory of the goals and tasks in 2025.
