The "PV Power Creative Day 2025" Final of Vietnam Oil and Gas Power Corporation - JSC (PV Power) has the theme " applying software and artificial intelligence solutions to improve the work efficiency of each individual and units under PV Power".
The festival is a meaningful intellectual playground, creating space for PV Power staff, union members, workers and laborers to promote the spirit of initiative and creativity, propose practical solutions to serve the work of governance, operation, maintenance and improve production and business efficiency.
Through the program, the role of the Trade Union organization continues to be affirmed in accompanying the profession, arousing collective intelligence and building a culture of innovation in enterprises.
The contest was launched by PV Power in October 2025, receiving positive responses from affiliated units. From 38 creative products participating in the preliminary round, the Jury selected the 10 most typical products for the Final round.
The products focus on the application of software and artificial intelligence in power plant operations, internal governance, legal documents, engineering and technical assistance, clearly demonstrating the practicality and applicablebility in PV Power's production and business activities.
10 products participating in the Final show the diversity in the creative thinking of PV Power employees, such as AI applications for warning analysis and forecasting in operations; IT Support management software, meal management, initiative idea management; in-depth solutions in the fields of electrical engineering, hydrology and legal affairs... The ideas are all well-built, originating from practical needs at the unit, contributing to solving specific problems in daily work.
