Accordingly, the Corporation's Trade Union launched a 3-month peak emulation period (June-July 5, 2026) with the theme: "Proactive transformation - Customs adaptation - Breakthrough efficiency" to encourage officials and employees to emulate creative initiatives, improve productivity, quality, save costs, and contribute to completing production and business tasks in the new situation.
At the launching ceremony, the Corporation's Trade Union presented allowance gifts to 28 workers suffering from critical illnesses and in difficult circumstances working at the Corporation's headquarters. The gifts are practical sharing and encouragement, adding strength for workers to overcome difficulties, feel secure in their work and stick with May 10.
It is known that the Corporation's Trade Union has been and is implementing many practical activities for employees. Exchanging about these activities, Ms. Nguyen Thi Dao - Chairwoman of the Corporation's Trade Union emphasized the goal of continuing to care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees; building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations; and at the same time promoting the spirit of solidarity, innovation, and improving productivity, quality and efficiency of work throughout the Corporation.
