Along with that, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor organized activities to care for female union members in difficult circumstances on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025 with an amount of 375 million VND (assistance visits for 75 female cadres and female workers).

Guiding and directing the Trade Unions at all levels to organize many activities among female employees to celebrate the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day on March 8 and the 1985 anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung Uprising.

In order to create a playground for female union members, on March 7, 2025, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Women's Union coordinated with the EVN Women's Advancement Committee to launch a photo contest "EVN Women's Beauty" to honor the contributions of EVN women in the more than 70 years of building and developing the Group.

Trade unions at all levels have organized many activities with practical and exciting content, attracting a large number of female employees such as seminars, listening to gender-specific talks, responding to "Ao Dai Week"...

According to statistics, grassroots trade unions have organized activities to celebrate International Women's Day on March 8, 2025 with over 20,000 participants, with a total expenditure of VND 9.23 billion.
