Design each online lesson with consistent colors and identity
The digital training program to disseminate and thoroughly grasp the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union and the Resolution of the 7th Congress of the Vietnam Banking Trade Union, term 2023-2028, phase 2 is organized in the form of E-learning.
The program attracted nearly 102,000 union members and employees of affiliated and non-affiliated units of the Vietnam Banking Trade Union system to participate in the training. Following the success of the training course, dissemination and implementation of the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union and the 7th Congress of the Vietnam Banking Trade Union, phase 2 of the training course took place smoothly and achieved high efficiency. Phase 2 has a much larger scale and target audience than phase 1.
Accordingly, the training course is for union members and employees of trade unions under the Vietnam Banking Trade Union and encourages union members and employees at units in the banking industry that are not yet active in the Vietnam Banking Trade Union system.
The program to disseminate the basic contents of the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union and the Resolution of the 7th Congress of the Vietnam Bank Trade Union is designed into 3 lessons, totaling 50 minutes: Dissemination of the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union; Dissemination of the Resolution of the 7th Congress of the Vietnam Bank Trade Union; Multiple choice test.
Each online lesson is designed in sync with the colors and identity of the Vietnam Banking Union; 2D motion design using modern graphic tools, interacting with learners; professional recording, background music, sound effects; sharp image quality, scientific interface.
To enable union members and employees to participate in the digital transformation process
After 10 days of implementation, the total number of union members and workers registering to participate in the course was 101,787 people. Of these, 91,924 people completed the test and were eligible to receive a Certificate of Completion (accounting for 90.3%); 9,726 people did not complete the 2 learning contents and the test (accounting for 9.6%); 137 people did not complete the test to obtain the certificate (accounting for 0.1%).
89/94 units under the Vietnam Banking Trade Union have proactively participated in the training, actively propagating and disseminating the training to all union members and employees of the unit. In particular, 8 units have 100% union members and employees participating in the training, including the Trade Union of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, the Trade Union of the Banking Association, the Trade Union of the State Bank of Vietnam Branch in Dong Nai, Quang Ngai, Soc Trang, Kon Tum, Ben Tre, Hau Giang.
In particular, the outstanding ones are the trade unions directly at the grassroots level with a large number of union members and workers, many grassroots trade unions spread across the country, have made efforts to update the list of all union members and workers of the unit, actively, with high responsibility, completing the program with a very high rate and very good learning quality such as the Trade Union of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, the Trade Union of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam, and the Trade Union of the Bank for Social Policies.
The priority criteria for selecting rewards are the high rate of union members and employees of the unit completing the lesson, the large number of union members and employees (after deducting the number of union officials of the unit who have completed the course in phase 1) and the early completion of the program.
The program has helped learners grasp the basic contents of the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Resolution of the 7th Congress of the Vietnam National Bank General Confederation of Labor to organize and implement them in practice, contributing to the successful completion of the tasks set by the Trade Union organization in the new situation. The self-study and exam time of union members and employees in the banking industry on the VTC Education digital platform is 6,902,700 minutes, equivalent to 115,045 thousand hours.
What is special is that the course is organized in the form of E-learning, creating conditions for union members and workers in the industry to directly participate in the digital transformation process of the Trade Union organization.
