The current factory has a total of 618 people. The organizational structure consists of 19 rooms, departments and factories. The number of workers directly produced at the workshop is 466 people, accounting for 75% of the total number of employees. Number of indirect labor and management blocks: 152 people. Over the past years, the factory has paid special attention to the work of occupational safety and sanitation, promoting the implementation of measures to minimize risks, not to occur labor accidents, fire incidents, occupational diseases, and ensure labor safety and hygiene in the factory.
Ms. Phan Thi Hong Tham affirmed that in response to the Labor Safety and Hygiene Month in 2025, the factory sets out key tasks and solutions. In particular, reviewing and inspecting machinery, equipment, tools and tools, assessing possible risks and safety risks for timely handling.
Assigning labor appropriately, arranging working time, taking scientific breaks, applying measures to improve working posture ( avoiding workers from sitting/standing for long periods of work, carrying heavy objects...) to minimize the risk of work accidents, risks of injuries and other diseases.
Continuously improve conditions and the working environment, control factors affecting the environment such as waste, noise, vibration, lighting, etc., raise workers' awareness in maintaining environmental hygiene, protecting the landscape around the factory; proactively classify and collect plastic waste, increase the use of environmentally friendly materials to replace plastic bags, use plastic that can be recycled and reused.
For Workers' Month, promptly visit and provide subsidies to union members when their families have a favor, party, are sick, or are hospitalized for a long time, and support union members with serious illnesses.
