Continuing activities on the occasion of Workers' Month and Labor Safety and Hygiene Action Month in 2025, the Vietnam Construction Trade Union recently organized working groups to visit units, enterprises, and key projects to encourage and give gifts to workers.
Accordingly, on May 8, Mr. Pham Hoai Phuong - Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, Head of the delegation, visited and presented gifts to union members and workers at the following units: Long Thanh Airport Project Management Board; Construction Development Investment Joint Stock Company No. 2 at Cap Saint Jacques Complex Project - Vung Tau City; IDICO Industrial Park Service Company Limited (IDICO-ISC) under IDICO Corporation in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province; Vinaconex Joint Stock Corporation; Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company; Phuong Thanh Transport Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company; Cienco4 Group at Long Thanh Nai Airport Project; Dong Nai City Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 under CC1 Corporation.
At the meeting, Mr. Pham Hoai Phuong acknowledged and commended the enthusiastic, responsible labor spirit and efforts to overcome difficulties of workers, union members, and laborers; at the same time, kindly visited and encouraged the working spirit of workers in the production process.
In addition, the Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Union has asked the Union of the units to continue promoting the role and effectively implementing the contents of the working month, the month of action on occupational safety and hygiene in 2025. In particular, it is necessary to pay more attention to the work of taking care of life, protecting the legitimate rights for union members, workers, especially cases of union members and workers with disadvantages; focus on improving working conditions, ensuring welfare policies for workers to feel secure and dedicated.
Also on May 8, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, Head of the working delegation, visited, encouraged and presented gifts to union members and workers of Phuong Thanh Transport Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company under construction at the Gia Binh Airport Construction Project.
At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, Standing Vice Chairman of Vietnam Construction Union, expressed sympathy with the difficulties and hardships of workers under construction at the project, and encouraged workers to overcome all difficulties, work effectively, ensure safety, quality and construction progress; highly appreciate and praise the attention and responsibility of leaders and unions of units in the care of material and spiritual life, working conditions and labor safety for union members and workers.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Union wishes that in the coming time, the unit's leaders will continue to pay more attention to the policy regime, working conditions, care for material and encourage the workers.
