Many activities in response to the emulation movement "Good at public work - Good at housework" launched by the Vietnam Agricultural and Environmental Trade Union in the period of 2020 - 2025 were effectively organized by the Trade Union of Coffee Company 719.
The company has more than 1,000 employees under contract, including 299 women. Although most of the women directly participate in agricultural work and face many hardships, they always uphold their sense of responsibility, fulfill their tasks well in the unit and their roles in the family, becoming the core force that spreads the movement "Good at public work - Good at housework" strongly.
Thanks to the attention and direction of Party committees, authorities and trade unions at all levels, the movement at the Company has achieved many outstanding results. There were 1,185 female workers and civil servants who achieved the title of "Good at public work - Good at housework"; 97 women achieved the title of Emulation Fighter at all levels; 16 women attended the Party awareness class and 11 women were admitted to the Party.
In particular, 100% of female workers have fulfilled their contract delivery obligations on time, contributing significantly to helping the Company complete the production and business plan.
This achievement is created from the connection between professional activities and caring for the spiritual life of workers. Cultural and sports activities, cooking competitions, good skills, seminars... have helped women gain more skills and experience in life, while strengthening the spirit of solidarity and sharing.
In addition, the Trade Union and the Company are also interested in promoting education and rewarding children of workers and civil servants with good academic achievements, building many families to achieve the title of "Cultural Family" and " studious Family".
With such practical activities, the movement "Good at public work - Good at housework" at the unit is increasingly in-depth, practical and effective, contributing significantly to the sustainable development of enterprises and trade union organizations.
The 719 Coffee Company's Trade Union was awarded the Emulation Flag by the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Agricultural and Environmental Trade Union for the thematic "Good at public work - Good at home work" for the period 2020-2025.
