The Head of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, the Head of the Command of the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh, along with 295 outstanding delegates, representing more than 150,000 cadres, union members, and workers in the Army, reported to Uncle Ho on typical achievements in the worker movement and Trade Union activities, in the period 2023 - 2025.

Some outstanding results are that 20,795 topics, initiatives, works, and products were effectively applied, with a total value of profit estimated at nearly 1000 billion VND. 305 collectives, 950 individuals were commended by the VGCL and the General Department of Politics; 133 collectives, 2,908 individuals were commended by agencies, units, and enterprises directly under the Ministry; 41 individuals were awarded Creative Labor Certificates; 19 enterprises were honored as "Exemplary Enterprises for Workers"; 367 individuals were awarded the Medal "For the Cause of Building the Vietnam Trade Union".
In the period 2023-2025, the Army Trade Union organization has well performed its function of participating in management, promoting the right to mastery of Trade Union members and workers; building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations; representing and caring for the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; well organizing social policy activities, improving the material and spiritual life of Trade Union members and workers.
