The closing ceremony was organized by the National Defense Trade Union Committee. The training course was attended by 20 Lao People's Army Trade Union officers from various agencies, units and enterprises, who are the core force in guiding and directing Trade Union work in the Lao People's Army.
During nearly 1 month of training, in addition to classroom sessions, Lao People's Army Trade Union officers were also arranged 6 field research sessions and experience exchanges in various types of units and enterprises.
The Organizing Committee of the training course proactively coordinated to invite prestigious lecturers with practical teaching experience from the Academy of Politics and assigned officers from the National Defense Trade Union to prepare topics to ensure full theoretical content combined with practice.
In particular, the Organizing Committee has developed an experience exchange program between the National Defense Trade Union and the Lao People's Army Delegation to provide more information on the position, role, functions, tasks, organizational structure and activities of the Trade Union in the Vietnam People's Army and the practical activities of the Trade Union in the Army. Thereby creating cohesion and sharing of experiences between the two sides.
According to the assessment, during the training period in Vietnam, the Lao Army Trade Union officers clearly demonstrated a sense of responsibility, openness, actively and frankly exchanged issues of concern to acquire skills, expertise and practical experience from Trade Union activities in the Vietnam People's Army so that when returning home, they could advise and organize the implementation of Trade Union activities in their units and enterprises appropriately.
At the end of the training course, 100% of Lao People's Army officers were granted Certificates by the Organizing Committee.
