This is an early Tet gift, helping us to have more motivation to complete the production plan well in 2025."
In 2024, despite facing many difficulties due to the impact of storm No. 3, Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company has strived to overcome difficulties and successfully completed production and business targets. Produced more than 3.8 million tons of raw coal, reaching 101.8% of the plan. Consumed over 3.4 million tons of coal. Revenue reached 6,372.8 billion VND, completing 102.6% of the plan. Average income reached 20.9 million VND/person/month, paying the state budget 1,070 billion VND.
Mr. Nguyen Van Dung - Acting Director of Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company - said that in 2024, the company will continue to focus on improving working, living and traveling conditions for workers. 100% of workers receive regular health check-ups in accordance with regulations. The company has organized 7,727 domestic and international tours for its staff and workers, with a total cost of 40.4 billion VND. Many welfare projects have been invested in and upgraded to improve the lives of workers, including mine parks, health care areas, dormitories, and four-season swimming pools, with a total investment value of over 50 billion VND.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of At Ty 2025, the company spent 65.5 billion VND on bonuses, with each employee receiving an average of 10 million VND and a gift bag worth 1.5 million VND. Distributing 13th month salary with a total amount of 70 billion VND, an average of 12 million VND/person. Supporting workers and relatives to go home for Tet.

The program "Miners' Tet - Celebrating the Glorious Party" in 2025 is organized by the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group at 6 locations, including 3 locations in Quang Ninh, along with the regions of Thai Nguyen, Northwest and Central Highlands. Quang Ninh region will organize on January 18, 2025, other regions will organize on January 15, 2025.
TKV spent more than 30 billion VND from the Centralized Welfare Fund and the financial resources of the TKV Trade Union to give Tet gifts to workers. Giving 2 million VND/person to 3,000 outstanding workers and 9,587 workers in difficult circumstances. Giving gifts worth 500,000 VND/bag to 1,700 workers participating in the program "Tet for Miners - Celebrating the Glorious Party". Within the framework of the program, the leaders of the Group and the Trade Union visited, wished a happy New Year, and gave gifts directly to workers in especially difficult circumstances.
In 2024, the average salary of employees in the whole group will reach 17.5 million VND/month, an increase of 6.6%. Notably, 15,000 miners will maintain an average salary of 1 million VND/day.
The units effectively maintain the sightseeing, vacation, nursing, and treatment support regime for over 90% of the workers in the group. The "Union Shelter" program has supported nearly 200 families with new houses to settle down, find jobs, and stabilize their lives, helping workers feel secure in their dedication to the coal industry.
