On the morning of March 27, the 19th Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee Conference took place under the chairmanship of the Standing Committee leaders of the Provincial Party Committee.
At the conference, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Ton Thi Ngoc Hanh said that the education and health sectors are facing a shortage of human resources.
Meanwhile, the number of students is constantly increasing, the need for medical examination and treatment and health care of the people is increasing.
Faced with this situation, the Provincial People's Committee has allocated staff to localities. Of which, the education sector was assigned 264 positions for 8 districts and cities to organize recruitment.
However, after the Central Government's direction on temporarily suspending the recruitment of civil servants to implement the restructuring and streamlining of the apparatus, localities have had to temporarily suspend recruitment.
To ensure the rights of students and people as well as effectively use the assigned staff, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee recommended that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee consider and give opinions on continuing to recruit education and health officials in a number of localities and units.
In response to this proposal, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requested relevant units to urgently study regulations, current documents and advise to have timely direction.
