To support liver function, housewives should prepare eggs for family members to eat properly, at the right time of the day.

Chicken eggs are a nutritious food source, providing high-quality protein, essential vitamins and minerals.

However, to eat chicken eggs that are good for the liver, it is necessary to clearly understand how to prepare them, the dosage and the reasonable time of consumption.

According to the World Health Organization, eating eggs properly not only does not harm the liver but also effectively supports liver function.

A prominent ingredient in chicken eggs is choline - an essential nutrient in the vitamin B group, which plays an important role in the process of fat metabolism in the liver.

According to research published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition, choline helps prevent non-alcoholic fatty liver by supporting lipid transportation and metabolism. A lack of choline can lead to liver cell damage and increase the risk of hepatitis.

However, eating too many eggs, especially the yolk - which contains most of the cholesterol, may not be suitable for people with chronic liver disease or severe fatty liver. Experts recommend eating no more than 1 egg/day for healthy people and should prioritize boiling or steaming instead of frying to avoid increasing the burden of fat on the liver.

Eating boiled eggs in the morning will help increase the absorption of protein and choline, while not putting pressure on the digestive system and liver like when eating late at night. Egg whites almost fat-free are a good choice for people with high liver enzymes or are being treated for liver disease.

Eating eggs properly - prioritizing boiling, limiting 35 fruits/week, eating in the morning - will help support liver function, especially thanks to its rich choline content. However, each individual should consult a doctor if they are suffering from liver problems.
