Accordingly, to make the perfect stir-fried garlic bok choy, housewives need to prepare 500gr of bok choy; 1 small-scale garlic root and some other basic spices.

Housewives should also pay attention to choosing young cabbage, white mustard, lush green leaves, not crushed or showing signs of yellowing. Young cabbage will be crispier and sweeter when processed.

Adjust the heat to a high level, add the bok choy to the pan quickly. Sauteing vegetables at high temperatures for a short time will help the vegetables ripen without being discharged into water, maintaining their crunchiness and sweetness.

When you see the vegetables starting to soften, pour the sauce evenly and continue to stir quickly for about 1 - 2 minutes to let the vegetables absorb the spices.

Before turning off the heat for about 30 seconds, add the minced garlic to the island for the last time. The minced garlic will finally retain the characteristic rich aroma of stir-fried garlic chillies.
