Stir-fried mini scallops with garlic is a simple dish to prepare, rich in nutrients and has an attractive flavor.

Scallops are known as a nutritious seafood, containing lots of protein, Omega-3 and minerals necessary for the body. With a naturally sweet flavor, scallops become the perfect ingredient to prepare many diverse dishes.

Among them, the stir-fried mini scallops with garlic dish not only brings a characteristic fresh flavor but also does not take too much time of housewives.

To make this dish, housewives need to prepare 300gr of mini scallops, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 green onion, 40ml of cooking oil and some other basic spices. To make the dish more delicious, prioritize choosing fresh scallops, the meat is white and crispy.

When you have finished preparing the ingredients, proceed to process the ingredients, wash the mini scallops with water to remove sand and impurities.

Then, soak the scallops in diluted salt water for about 10 minutes to clean them completely, rinse with water and let them dry. Peel the garlic, wash and chop finely. Finely chop the green onions, the white part can be kept separate for stir-frying.

Next, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to the pan and saute minced garlic before adding the scallops and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until cooked. Add a little fish sauce, sugar and ground pepper to taste.

Stir quickly to let the spices soak into the scallops. If you like spicy, you can add a little sliced ​​chili, then reduce the heat and stir for another 1-2 minutes so that the scallops are completely soaked in the spices.

Before turning off the stove, add chopped green onions and the white part of the onion and continue to stir quickly until the dish has an attractive aroma. Place the scallops on a plate and sprinkle with some ground pepper to enjoy this dish.
