Football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo and his wife Georgina Rodríguez chose a secret wedding after 10 years together. Instead of holding a lavish wedding with many guests, the couple exchanged vows in the living room of a house in Cascais, Portugal, in front of their children.
The wedding took place on August 11, exactly 10 years after Ronaldo and Georgina first met at a Gucci store in Madrid, Spain. At that time, Ronaldo came to the store with his son Cristiano Ronaldo Jr., while Georgina was working as a saleswoman and accidentally took a shift instead of a colleague.
After a decade of attachment, Georgina wants to mark the special day in a simple and intimate way instead of organizing a big event. Both of them have busy schedules with work, football and taking care of children, so she does not want the 10th anniversary of their meeting to pass like a normal day.
