The victim is Mr. N.M.Ph. (57 years old, residing in Tan Phu commune, Nghe An province).
According to initial information, at about 5:50 am on the same day, Mr. Ph. drove a service car from Tan Phu commune to Nghia Dong commune to pick up passengers.

When the car moved about 1km, Mr. Ph. showed signs of fainting. The car then lost control, hit some traffic milestones on the side of the road and plunged into a rice field.
Passengers on the bus contacted the staff of Nghia Dong Commune Health Station and took Mr. Ph. to the station for emergency treatment.
