An average bowl of beef noodle soup provides about 350400 kcal, enough energy for a standard breakfast. Pho cake is a source of starch - an essential nutrient for the functioning of the brain and nervous system in the morning.

However, if housewives often choose pho as breakfast for family members, they should note:

First, it is necessary to control the amount of sodium in a bowl of pho. According to the World Health Organization's recommendation, each adult should consume less than 2,000 mg of sodium per day, equivalent to about a teaspoon of salt.

Meanwhile, a regular bowl of pho can contain from 1,200 to 2,000 mg of sodium, especially if you add a lot of fish sauce, soy sauce or use a rich seasoning stock. Eating too much salt for a long time can increase the risk of high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease and kidney failure.

Second, it is necessary to choose the right meat ingredients. Some people tend to choose rare rare beef pho, gourd-shaped pho, or high-fat chicken pho, causing the total saturated fat content to increase. This can easily lead to increased bad cholesterol in the blood if consumed regularly.
