On June 12, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation announced that it had organized a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Tu Quy Co., Ltd. September 17.
At the ceremony, Mr. Ho Cong Duong - Standing Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation - presented the decision to establish a grassroots trade union and the decision to admit 17 workers working at the company to the Vietnam Trade Union organization.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ho Cong Duong congratulated the Provisional Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union and newly admitted union members.
At the same time, he acknowledged the concern and creation of conditions by business leaders in the process of coordinating with trade union organizations to establish grassroots trade unions at units.
According to leaders of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, the establishment of grassroots trade unions not only contributes to caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers but also creates motivation to promote labor and production emulation movements. This is also the basis for building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.

The Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation proposed that the Provisional Grassroots Trade Union Executive Committee soon develop an operating program and plan suitable to the actual conditions of the enterprise.
In which, focus on promoting the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; accompanying businesses in the development process.
According to the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, the establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Tu Quy 17-9-9 Co., Ltd. is the result of the work of mobilizing and developing union members and building trade union organizations at enterprises.
Thereby continuing to affirm the role of trade union organizations in gathering and uniting workers, contributing to building an increasingly strong working class and meeting development requirements in the new stage.
