The company always coordinates well with the grassroots trade union in taking care of the material and spiritual life of employees, thanks to which, labor relations at the company are harmonious and stable, and complicated disputes have not arisen in recent years.
Representatives of the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union of PouYuen Company said that the demand for social housing among workers of the company is very large, currently there are about 3,000 workers who said they have a need to buy, but the criteria for buying houses are not suitable for the actual conditions of workers, so it is difficult to access.

Along with that, the current minimum wage is still low, especially in the context of rising prices of boarding houses, electricity, water and essential goods, so it cannot meet the minimum living requirements of workers. Workers also expressed their desire to reduce working hours from 48 hours/week to 44 hours/week to have conditions to take care of their families, rest and regenerate labor...
