The working delegation was headed by Mr. Trieu Tai Phong - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Member of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation.
Participating in the delegation were the Standing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation, leaders, officials of the Provincial Labor Federation and trade unions of communes and wards.
In the sacred moment, the national flag was solemnly raised in the middle of the highland sky. Trade union officials sang the national anthem together, harmonizing with the wind in the borderland of the Fatherland.

The 54m2 national flag flying on top of Lung Cu Flagpole, symbolizing 54 Vietnamese ethnic groups, is a sacred symbol of national sovereignty, the spirit of great unity and the will of self-reliance and self-strengthening of the nation.
