The total estimated investment of the project is over 674 billion VND. The apartment complex is a maximum of 18 floors and 1 basement floor; has commercial housing, commercial - service, technical infrastructure system, gardens, green trees, internal traffic roads and parking lots.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh acknowledged and praised the efforts of the units in the process of researching, completing dossiers, procedures, approving investment policies and preparing conditions to start the project on time to celebrate National Day September 2nd.
