On December 27, the Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited (Thanh Phu Commune, Vinh Cuu District) summarized the trade union activities in 2024 to evaluate the achieved results as well as find out the difficulties and advantages to promote and improve in 2025.
Mr. Dang Tuan Tu - Chairman of the Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited - said that 2024 is a difficult year in terms of orders, but the company's Board of Directors has tried to arrange to ensure jobs for all employees.
To encourage and motivate the collective spirit of union members, the Executive Committee of the grassroots union strives to carry out movement activities to care for the welfare of union members and workers.
In 2024, the union awarded 6 Union Shelters with an amount of 50 million VND/house; commended nearly 8,000 children of workers with outstanding achievements, with a total cost of more than 2.3 billion VND and awarded scholarships to 220 children of workers...
Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited has also announced the Lunar New Year bonus for the year of the Snake 2025. Accordingly, employees who work for a full year will receive a Lunar New Year bonus of 100% of their salary, equivalent to 1 month's salary. Employees who work for an additional year will receive an additional 5%, and the highest level is 200%, equivalent to 2 months' salary.
In addition, Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited also decided to give a bonus of 200,000 VND/person for the 2025 New Year.
